General Refund Policy for Digital Products

Exceptions – Eligibility for Refunds

    If the downloaded file is proven to be corrupted, non-functional, or not matching the product description (as advertised on the product page), we will either replace the product or provide a refund, subject to our technical team’s assessment.
  4. Technical Access Issues
    For online courses, coaching sessions, or membership-based content, if verified technical problems prevent you from accessing paid content despite all reasonable support efforts from our team, a partial or full refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Unauthorized Transactions
    If a transaction was not authorized by the actual purchaser and has been reported within 48 hours of the charge, we will cooperate with your bank or payment processor and may issue a refund, upon formal investigation and verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not entertain refund requests in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Claiming that a product was not used.
